About the Program

The Unified ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program is a multi-year effort to modernize and improve the systems that support our people, finances, research, and business operations. Through the implementation of Workday, the University System of Georgia (USG) is partnering with Georgia Tech and all of the other system schools to replace aging systems and create a more integrated, efficient, and sustainable foundation for the future. 

The program is about more than technology. It is an opportunity to simplify processes, improve access to information, reduce duplication, and establish more consistent ways of working across the Institute and the USG. Guided by the principles of Standard, Simple, Single, and Success, the Unified ERP Program aims to deliver solutions that are easier to use, support informed decision-making, and help Georgia Tech and other system schools adapt to future needs.
